Wednesday, May 28, 2008

These were the some youth photographzz taken in Pulau Banding mission trip...it was an absolute and wonderful fellowship i had with Edmund, Eugene and joash throughout the trip...we served, we played, we ate, we acted and we watch movie together...though they looked like having lotzz of fun, actually they did a good and tiring job without complain under hot sun...they jzz truly enjoyed it...awesome mann...

Truly a joy to live with them for 4 days...it really create a bonding among us...really have lot’s of fun with them...we laugh all the way from KL to Banding and from banding to KL...thanks for Edmund “coolest joke”...we had so simple games, even uncle Thomas enjoyed it very much...it was so embarrassing as we tried figure out the names of the countries and capitals of the country, only uncle Thomas did it very well...we also played “i saw something.....” than guess the object by others...it was a very ridiculous and “stupid” game but it really helped to kill to travelling time...we played truth or dare game...and lot’s more...

Laugh, laugh and laugh...fun, fun and fun with them...

I was touched by Edmund as he was a really a grow boy in spiritually and emotionally...he was touched by the worship songs we worshiped and the condition the orang asli lived in...u can read more to understand the orang asli condition in my multiply...we shared together and hugged each other...cherish the moments lot’s and lot’s...
wana also give credit to sheryn who shared in orang asli congregation...to tell u all the truth, she did extremely well and she able to share in fluence english...really amazed me lotzz lotzz...
We had movies together too...we had lot’s of fun and laughter again...

Really wana to thank Edmund, Eugene, joash and sheryn who willing to take their time out and out of their comfort zone to serve the lord in such manner and expose themselves more to the true hard core living...

God is truly gracious and wonderful to me...i think i had shared my last paper of my exam, i was almost gave up and really upsad upon my performance...i though i will fail by that time...frankly speaking i did prayed that time, however i'm doubt in my heart...

it's all reveal to me today as the result been released...i did pass my paper...again this is by God grace and mercy that He allow me to pass the exam...i did very silly thing...i gave 2 answers for a qeustion...it's clearly stated that we can only submit 1 answer for a particular question...nontheless again God truly intervene in my paper...thank you God...

Remeber to seek the Lord and have quiet time despite all difficulties and buziness...also please remember to submit all our exam and other test through prayer and supplication...let's continue to ask the Lord, seek Him all the time and always knock unto His door...He will not feel disturb when you call upon Him...He is all faithful one, He is a good listener, always comfort you through His word and honor your prayer too...so dont give up in prayer...

KL distric walk hunt

Thursday, May 1, 2008

it was an awesome day and tiring day for me and committee members...it was the first ever time that the 8 Lutheran churches gathered togather in Sri petaling for a fellowship...i personally perceive that the fellowship was wonderful, the environment was very warm, the people there were very sporting and participative in all activities and above all the number of participant was very encouraging...the event was interesting too, we had a time of worship led by Christ Lutheran church, line dancing by our church for a warm up session...
the most exciting and most anticipate event was the walk hunt organized and planned by our treasure hunter expert doug ho...he is all the time who always torturing us to walk and walk and walk, think and think and think, and to observe, observe all the time with full of alertness...it's difficult especially those who was the first timer...i think you will hate him because of his "creativity"...to tell you the truth, you need to be veri veri patient or else you will definitely will give up due to walking and thinking under the extreme weather and tired...we walk through only 4 main streets which aledi took us for 2 hours...really lotzz of thing he can think and asked...fortunately this time i never participate but i went along with my camera, following the groups and capture some good and candid shoots...hahaha...
u will think that my job was simple for the day, top tell you teh truth, i woke up on 6.45 and pick up eugene for pack up important PA stuff and to setup in the hall...very the tiring...had to set it back in church and ended all things bout 3pm...by that time eveybody was enjoying in their own house or aledi took a nap...i wana to appreciate and give thankzzz thousand of thank you to eugene who help me to dismental the drum set in the church, set it up on the hall, patiently dismental it again and resetup last-again back to the church...there were 4 rounds for each of us...i also thank to my helper, sheryn, alister, doug (driver of van to transport the equipment) and jonathan...logistics is quite a tiring job without a good groups of helper...thank god i had a group of faithful and teachable team...i truly enjoying to work with them...Jon and sheryn, i think both of you are capable to comprehence greater task, jzzz need more confident and courage...keep it up...
above all, i wana to give a great thank you to our God who is faithful and answer to our prayer by granting us a good weather and protection throughout the event...Thank you God...
